For the past few weeks, I’ve been pining away for temperature dips and any excuse slip on a cape, but per usual, the seasonal preview of MiH‘s pre spring-summer and spring-summer collections has me ready to fast forward a season. Summoning a feeling of “indigo ease,” the pre spring-summer collection featured an array of easy pieces, all conveying effortless chic. I immediately fell in love with the Japanese-influenced boxy Kosh jacket and pull-on Chekkie shirt, which I could see myself wearing 101 different ways. And the craftmanship on the ripped and repaired cigarette-shaped Daily Jean was absolutely stunning. Spring-summer brought even more coveted pieces, all with a bohemian vibe. I couldn’t get enough of the braided waistbands on a stunning pair of 70s flares and an easy denim dress. And an intricate white cotton dress epitomized the light, airy vibe of the summer. These are quite possibly my favorite MiH collections to date, and I can’t wait to add a few pieces to my closet come spring. In the meantime, there are plenty of pieces from fall-winter to love as well.
